Message from the CEO:

We have been in the Serviced Office culture for the last 16 years now. However, in the early ‘16 we saw a hoarding of open office spaces mushrooming, where people started offering inferior locations, cheaper interiors, free flowing beer & over engagement activities which were hampering the productivity. We asked ourselves a question, “What if we had to open our own office space, would we have gone to such a location?”, the clear answer was “NO”, but then “what did we want?”, we wanted “a premium location, ergonomically designed space, premium fit-outs & of-course no alcohol, but indeed some live cooking cafes, some limited fun & productive activities, finally a very strong Business Support System which would help us grow.” With that thought in mind we sustained our culture & lately lots of professionals & MNCs came to us saying “Hey! we understand your culture & want to be a part of it.” We were happy to welcome them.
